The Term 2 and 3 out-of-town funds have been encumbered. There are currently still funds available for in-town events for both terms.
Term 2 covers events from January 1, 2026 – February 28, 2026.
Term 3 covers events from March 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026.
You must apply in the correct term based on your event start date.
Term 4 PPDF opens on February 15, 2026 at 8 AM. It covers events from May 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026.
